Group postnatal fitness classes in Bath

Whether you’ve had a c-section or vaginal birth, our classes provided exercises that are right for you. We think that strength training is an essential part of the journey back into fitness for women, so expect a varied and challenging strength training alongside low impact cardio!

Bring your baby to the class knowing that they’ll be looked after as our Norland Nanny keeps them entertained while you workout!

*limited to availability of Norland Nannies particularly during certain weeks in term time

Join the classes, connect with other women and work with a pre/postnatal specialist. It’s really important to us that you feel empowered and educated with the knowledge about what you can do as you recover from childbirth and get back into fitness.

When and where?

Classes take place:

  • Tuesdays 10:30-11:15am
  • Fridays 10:30am-11:15am

Stay on for a 5 minute cooldown at the end.

Plenty of space for prams in the gym.

Park for free for 90 minutes at Sainsburys, Green Park Station. 

The space is breastfeeding and feeding friendly.
