About the trainer

I’m Olivia, I’m based in beautiful Bath. I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Pre/Post-natal specialist in 2015 when I realised how much I love to help to motivate other people. I’ve always enjoyed challenging my mind and body and it’s amazing to help others to make the impossible, possible.

When I fell pregnant in 2021, I couldn’t find exercise classes that were challenging and pregnancy or baby-friendly. I setup Bath Mama Fitness to help empower and educate women about the benefits of strength and cardio training during pregnancy and early-stages parenthood. 

Through 1-1 Personal Training and group fitness, I hope to provide inclusive, challenging and feel-good workouts to help mamas be their best selves.

Training values

Our sessions are structured around the following values:

Focus on form

Expect technique demonstrations, form corrections and verbal cues to ensure we challenge the right muscles and avoid injury.

Evidence-led

Every rep and set is logged in an online platform alongside effort levels so we can track your progress over time based on the numbers.

Friendly but firm

As a fellow mama, I understand how tough it can be but I’m also here to nudge you forward so you can see and feel better.

Consistency

Invest in the process and you’ll soon see the results. It’s about building good habits and behaviours to support your fitness goals.

Variety

It’s so important to keep training interesting, it could be boxing one week, hill intervals the next. I love to mix things up in order to keep you pushing further.

Mama-first

Giving birth is a huge achievement and I’m here to remind you of how incredible you are. Expect a refresh on mindset and perspective while we train together.
