Hey, we're Olivia and Gaby
Helping to empower and educate women about the benefit of exercise during pregnancy and after childbirth
We help women during pregnancy, after childbirth and during the early years of raising toddlers and children. We understand the huge physical and mental health effects that having a baby can have. As fellow mamas, we understand the vital role that exercise has, not only on speeding up recovery from childbirth but also helping you to stay injury free as your baby grows heavier and stronger!
But it's not just about exercise, we create a space in the gym whereby women can reconnect with their body, bringing mindfulness to workouts to help understand where your body is at right now and helping you to try and conquer new things.
We create safe, friendly and inclusive workout environments so you can come along, work up a sweat and just feel amazing for it.
A belief that things can be better

Pre and postnatal fitness needs modernising. With Bath Mama Fitness you're not called mummy, you're called by your name. You're encouraged to draw self-awareness to your body whilst challenging it in the context of strength, cardio, balance and impact tolerance. You'll be encouraged to use weights safely and correctly to build confidence and to help you stay injury-free as you go through your parenting journey.
Our values are centred in inclusivity, community, connection and consistency. It's all about coming along, forgetting about everything else, working up a sweat and feeling AMAZING!
