MEET THE TRAINER

Hey, I'm Olivia

I’m a qualified Women’s Health Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Executive Coach. I’ve always loved exercise, growing up I competed in athletics as a sprinter and triple-jumper before moving towards longer distance running, cycling sportives and triathlons.  

When I fell pregnant in 2021, I couldn’t find exercise classes that were challenging and pregnancy or baby-friendly. I setup Bath Mama Fitness to help empower and educate women about the benefits of strength and cardio training during pregnancy and early-stages parenthood. 

Through 1-1 Personal Training and group fitness, I hope to provide inclusive, challenging and feel-good workouts to help mamas be their best selves.

Get mindset and fitness coaching

My coaching is focussed around building awareness and setting clear intentions for training. Applying learnings from motivational psychology and business coaching, I help you to notice and observe any mental limiting beliefs or physical impingements that might be holding you back.

I’m a qualified Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor.

SERVICES

1-1 Training and Group Fitness Coaching

One to one pre/postnatal training and women’s health personal training. Group fitness classes for postnatal stages and women’s only classes.

1-1 Personal Training sessions

I train women through pregnancy and after having a baby. I work with women during midlife, using exercise to navigate the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. 

 

Postnatal Group Fitness

Group fitness combining low-impact cardio, bodyweight or light weight training and an extra focus on core and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
