Finding time to exercise with a baby can feel impossible. We want to change that.
Our postnatal fitness classes are designed for mamas like you. You can step into a fully equipped gym-space with like minded mamas and workout while your baby is looked after by a nanny in our on-site creche. There is nothing else like this in Bath.
You can now access the Mama Strong 5 or 10 Class Pass option for access to our weekly classes. Or upgrade your fitness training to include recovery with a Postnatal+ Class Pass option including TONIQ classes.

Mama Strong – Postnatal Class Pass
Postnal strength and cardio
Mama Strong is focused on core, pelvic floor, and strength recovery, perfect for mums rebuilding fitness.
What to expect:
- Core engagement and pelvic floor rehabilitation
- Build your strength moving from body weight and baby lifting weight to adding more weights in a fully-equipped gym
- All abilities welcome with options to tailor each exercise so it works for you, each month we work through a training block so you will see a variety of classes and options to progress
- You can either upgrade to receiving childcare in the on-site creche or opt out of childcare and have your baby by your side, whatever works for you!

Book childcare in 2 steps
Step 1 – Pay for the childcare increase the quantity based on the number of classes you need childcare for. For example, buy 2 lots of childcare for 2 classes.

What is included in the Mama Strong Class Pass?
The Mama Strong Class Pass offers postnatal fitness classes focusing on core engagement, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and strength training.
You have the flexibility to choose whether you want a pass with or without childcare services, allowing you to either have your baby by your side or utilise the on-site creche during workouts.
How long are the passes valid for?
The 5 Class Pass (Mama Strong or Postnatal+) are valid until the 27th June 2025.
How does the childcare work?
If you buy the Mama Strong pass with childcare or Postnatal+ pass then you will be eligible for childcare from a local nanny on-site which means that the nanny will look after your baby in the same gym space as the workout so you can check in if needed (ideally, you can get a full workout in but we know these things happen!). Each nanny will have up to 2 babies. All our nannies have been DBS checked.
In order to secure your childcare, we need 3 working days’ notice of booking for each class. For cancellations, we get it, things happen particularly with babies getting poorly, we just require 24 hours’ notice in this instance.
What is the schedule for all of the classes?
All postnatal classes take place every Tuesday and Friday 10:30am-11:15am.
Regardless of whether you purchased childcare or not, you will be coming to the same class. The idea is that if you didn’t buy childcare then your baby will accompany you during the workout, as opposed to going to the nannies in the on-site creche, alternatively they can chill at a dedicated baby station blanket nearby to where you are.
I've never worked out with you before, what do I need to do before my first class?
You must fill in the Pre-Activity Questionnaire form for Postnatal before coming along to our first class.
For your first session, we advise arriving about 5-10 minutes earlier to get familiar with the gym space. Some mamas pop in earlier to feed their baby, the gym is free from 10:15am onwards – prior to that, there will be a class going on.
What should I expect?
Circuits style workout for 45 minutes with a pre/postnatal specialist including bands, pilates balls and bodyweight to help re-engage the core, pelvic floor and breath within your exercise. All exercises are c-section friendly.
Expect good music with a chilled cool down at the end with stretches and mobility movements.

The postnatal classes will take place at TONIQ gym opposite Green Park station. If you're doing a Postnatal+ TONIQ class, please check the location of the class when booking on!
