Please note that this drop in pass does not include childcare as we need more than 48 hours to secure childcare. With a drop-in pass you can join either our Tuesday morning or Friday morning class.
Each session lasts for 45 minutes with a 5 minute cooldown at the end.
rehabilitation on pelvic floor and core
strengthening exercises on glutes and upper back to support with day to day parenting
modifications to suit all abilities (including for c-section)
expert guidance on technique and form from a pre/postnatal specialist
optional ab separation check at the end of the workout
Please note, there is no childcare option available for drop-ins as we need notice of booking nannies.
