and feel confident in your body after childbirth.

Return to exercise after childbirth with low impact cardio and resistance training to establish a strong foundation. Focus on core engagement and glute activation with gentle progression to weights over the 6 week period.

If you’ve already done a 6 week programme with us or you’re past the early rehabilitation stages then join the Improver programme lift weights, improve technique and form and gently challenge yourself. All sessions still include core engagement exercises.
