ReStart: Postnatal foundational programme
Our 6 week restart postnatal programme is a great reintroduction to exercise after having a baby. Bring your baby along and enjoy progressing from week to week.
- Mood-boosting low impact cardio
- Targeted exercises to support with ab separation and pelvic floor rehabiliation
- Circuits and interval training - different every week
- Stretches to counteract muscle tension from tiredness and breastfeeding
- Connection and community from other like-minded women
Nutrition and lifestyle guidance and weekly at-home workouts are part of the programme. At the end of the 6 weeks we go for a celebratory coffee to recognise your hard work.

ReBuild: Postnatal intermediate programme
All-abilities welcome for our ReBuild 6 week programme. This is aimed at mamas who are already doing some exercise. Bring your baby along and workout guilt-free while you enter the next stage of fitness building after having a baby.
- High intensity cardio
- Focus on breathing, core engagement and glute activation to support pelvic floor
- Circuits and interval training with varied exercises designed to help you progress!
- Stretches to counteract muscle tension from tiredness and breastfeeding
- Connection and community from other like-minded women
At the end of the 6 week programme we go for a celebratory drink to recognise the hard work of the group.
