Foundational exercises in circuit-style workouts to help aid recovery and aid return to exercise.

 

ReBuild 6 week postnatal improver programme

For mamas only who are already doing some exercise. More challenging workouts but with focus on pelvic floor and core.

ReStart: Postnatal foundational programme

Our 6 week restart postnatal programme is a great reintroduction to exercise after having a baby. Bring your baby along and enjoy progressing from week to week.

Nutrition and lifestyle guidance and weekly at-home workouts are part of the programme. At the end of the 6 weeks we go for a celebratory coffee to recognise your hard work.

ReBuild: Postnatal intermediate programme

All-abilities welcome for our ReBuild 6 week programme. This is aimed at mamas who are already doing some exercise. Bring your baby along and workout guilt-free while you enter the next stage of fitness building after having a baby.

At the end of the 6 week programme we go for a celebratory drink to recognise the hard work of the group.
